1. Trace and cut out all pieces of felt according to the template.
2. Glue the wings to each side of one owl piece.
3. Glue white eyes to the owl head.
4. Glue the pupils (black circles of felt) to white eye pieces.
5. Glue the beak between and slightly below eyes.
6. Glue one end of ribbon to the back of the completed owl piece.
7. Align and glue the second owl piece to back of first piece with one end of the ribbon sandwiched between.
8. Align the two small felt tabs and glue them together with the bottom ribbon edge sandwiched between.
